As some of you know ive been dieting and exercising daily. Trying eagerly to change some bad habits and feel great about my body. This is my 4th week into this whole lifestyle change. As motivation to myself and hopefully some one out there that needs it I figured id share what ive been doing every morning this week these breakfast smoothies are great! They really fill me up and get me ready in the morning. I also drink 2 24oz bottles of water infused with lemon and some type of fruit ill share a pic on the pumpup app follow me as jenlovesmakeup.
